Meet Our Director

Rholonda (Lisa) Fambro is owner/operator of Open Arms Early Learning Childcare Center, which has been in operation for the past 20 years. Lisa holds an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. Lisa currently has five classes remaining to complete her Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education.

Lisa has been in the childcare field for over 25 years, working with infants, toddlers, Pre-k, school age and management. She has the knowledge of directing programs through supervision of volunteers, staff, development and monitoring of budgets, marketing and program development.

Lisa and her Husband James, celebrated 26 years of marriage in 2020. Lisa is a published author and in her spare time enjoys traveling, teaching and spending time with family.

My mission is to build confidence and love of learning, giving children a good foundation for a healthy and happy life. I’m dedicated to helping each child discover their unique potential academically, socially, and interpersonally.
